One Hour Sessions:
1 session: $40/hour $40 total
5 sessions: $38/hour $190 total
10 sessions: $36/hour $360 total
1/2 Hour Sessions:
1 session: $24/half-hour $24 total
5 sessions: $22/half-hour $110 total
10 sessions: $20/half-hour $200 total
